Community Memorial Hospital is accepting applications for a full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, Executive Assistant. This position provides administrative support primarily to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and assists senior leadership by handling a wide variety of responsibilities, which may include but are not limited to various compliance programs, contract management, project work, preparing documents, taking meeting minutes, preparing packets, reports, scheduling meetings and managing leader's calendars, travel, and correspondence. This position also functions as a backup for Payroll processing.

 Qualifications include

  • Associates degree from two-year college or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years accounting, secretarial, administrative and coordinator related experience with payroll experience in a healthcare setting highly desired
  • Demonstrated effective computer skills required with a functional skill level in Outlook, Excel,  Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline adherence
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated high level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated initiative, self-starter with ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
